Ariane, cool quote! I just saw a signature line on an email yesterday that I loved. I wish I could remember which of our colleagues it was though! Anyway, it was a quote that said something like, "Happiness lies between having too little and having too much."
I may not have the words exactly right, but it's close. Loved it!
