TIME IS RUNNING OUT AND I NEED HELP!
I've got to come up with a new Title for my book by the end of the month so that I can get it published and I'm driving myself crazy! I've been struggling so hard with this decision that my idea fountain is drying up and I've decided to reach out for your help! My readers are so creative and intelligent (is the flattery working? tee hee) that I just know one of you can save me from my agony! : )

GUIDELINES FOR THE WINNING TITLE
- You DON'T have to use Neat & Simple in the title.
- ATTENTION GETTING - I would love to have a shortish clever attention getting title (ala CrazyBusy) that people will emotionally connect with: with a longer descriptive subtitle.
- It can be longer if it's clever and relatable - for example - "The Floor is not an Option" or "Does this clutter make my butt look fat?" or " You mean I'm not Lazy, Crazy or Stupid?" It just has to grab your attention enough to make you want to read the description of the book.
- Positive and Empathic - What the above titles have in common is that they make you smile cuz you can relate to the sentiment. How many of us have said I'm so "crazy busy"? or "does this make me look fat?" or have dropped things on the floor cuz we were just too tired to deal with them. I want that kind of empathy for the person working in their home office and getting frustrated and feels like they can't ever catch up or get it all together. This book is for the person whose office is so chaotic they want to leave it to get work done!
- The title can't already be used. So be sure to search for your title idea on Amazon before submitting your entry.
- Submit as many ideas as you want to!

BACKGROUND ON THE BOOK
My book is being published as a 6x9 trade paperback by my new publishing company Lotus Bridge. It will be put up on Amazon as soon as the final round of edits and book design are done. Right now it's called the: Neat & Simple Guide to Organizing Your Home Office
DESCRIPTION:
Ultra-simple strategies for organizing your home office, your desk, supplies, time, TO DOs, voicemails, e-mails, and lots more! Over 50 photos of real offices, case studies describing how to use ultra-simple systems to get your home office decluttered and organized FAST! Don’t just organize, learn how to overcome disorganization — for good!
I don't know if it's just me being tired of the name, but I think it needs a catchier title to get noticed on Amazon. To help you come up with a winning title - you can read the table of contents, reviews and excerpts from the book here.
Key messages I want to convey in the subtitle of the book include:
- I don't just tell people what to do, I provide options and give people criteria to help them decide what will work best for them. We are going to CO-DESIGN solutions so that they are empowered to change the systems as needed - with confidence.
- This is NOT a fancy design book - It has real ideas for real people that enable you to use what you already have- and implement your solutions quickly
- I give several case studies using lots of real photos from real clients
- It addresses different organizing styles and a variety of challenges from "home based business", to "corporate but also work from my home office" to "busy mom running household with 5 kids from her kitchen home office"
- I have ADD myself, so the strategies are very ADD-friendly - they take little time, and little money to implement, and I make them easy to change when you get tired of them.
- I have run my business from home since 1993..so the strategies are based on many years of experience
- Because I am hyper-creative and always have lots of projects going on myself, they work well for creatives
- Because I learned to manage my own chronic disorganization, and I have helped lots of CD clients design sustainable, easy to change systems, the book is geared toward people who are CD and/or ADD, however, the strategies work for everyone...so I don't want people to feel they shouldn't get the book if they don't have ADD or are not chronically disorganized.
