What are they and why would you want a pair?
They are scissors that have 5 blades so when you use them on a sensitive document or credit card, it acts like a shredder would. Could be handy on the road?

Why I like them!
I think these scissors are really neat!! I have a shredder under my desk, but it's kinda big, bulky, noisy and stuff gets caught in it every now and then. Plus I have to empty it!
I have actually used my scissors to shred many a time! If the Shredding Scissors works well, this would make my scissor shredding system 5 times faster! I am a bit of a gadget person and work hard to resist gadgets because most become clutter...but this one is really appealing to me on many levels - and seems quite practical.
1. It saves space!!! It's SO much smaller than shredders. In my small home office that alone is worth a LOT!
2. No need for electricity. It saves a bit of energy. And you are not limited on where to put it. I low that you don't have yet another cable to add to cable mess!
3. I can keep one on every floor of my house where we have paper that needs shredding!
My Current Process
My ridiculous amounts of mail enter the house downstairs. I first sort and put all the instant recycle stuff in the recycle bin downstairs. The rest goes upstairs to my home office for processing. I separate stuff that needs to be shredded from bills and to read. Since I don't like shredding, that tends to pile up. (Till I get my husband to help. He kinda likes it.)
New Process
Keep a pair of shredder scissors in my pen holder in the kitchen and shred stuff immediately! Don't even take it to my office! Less Clutter.
Other uses??
Hmm...I wonder if they could be used to shred cabbage?
